About Roman Kononov:

I am an IT manager that spent over 15 years in the IT industry.
I have over 13 years of work experience as a front-line(hands-on!), second-line IT manager (Team Lead, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, CTO) starting from small startups (even own) to IT giants.
I managed remote/local/hybrid teams with up to 40 people 
I made teams, grew managers, promoted developers, mentored interns, hired and fired, gave a lot of public talks and made meetups and conferences (and love to do this).
I'm very passionate about software, hardware, information security and managing IT people of course.
