I hired a coach and began learning to lead from a neuroscience perspective. My investment in leadership education and coaching resulted in two executive-level promotions and a quadrupling of my compensation over four years.

The integration of neuroscience, linguistics, emotional intelligence, and somatics formed the foundation of our proprietary program, “The Leadership Guild.”
