Jon Hyman has over 10 years of experience in computer science, software development, product engineering, and SaaS with leadership positions in both entrepreneurial start-ups and complex corporate environments.

Jon is Cofounder and Chief Technical Officer of Braze (formerly Appboy), a customer engagement platform that delivers messaging experiences across push, email, apps, and more for global customers in 40 countries across 6 continents. Jon and his team have scaled Braze to support over 1.5 billion monthly active users sending tens of billions of messages a month. Before becoming CTO in January 2017, Jon was the CIO for five years.
