About Lachlan:
My name is Lachlan McDonald, I am a 31 year old entrepreneur and mining executive who has lead transformation programs at Boston Consulting, BHP Billiton, South 32, Caterpillar, Glencore, Idemitsu Kosan and Santos. I grew up in a tiny village of 1200 people in outback Australia and completed degrees in Law and Psychology. I have a wife from California and two kids, a boy and a Girl and live in Brisbane Australia.
